I think I'm actually a bit reluctant to call this a pinup sketch. To me there's some small amount of "sad" that I wanted to get across here which makes it a bit less pure pinup to me. That vaguely discernible rectangle in the background is supposed to be a mirror. And one of the things I remember most about the old batgirl run was that this particular bat had a few issues with her scars.

I don't doubt a lot of folks would be jealous of a lean, fit, body like that. But the character was always quite shy. I think this would only be a pose she tries when she's pretty much alone.
