Ash on the Shelf (Patreon)

Just getting a little more Christmas-y out there. It's been a little bit since I drew Ashley and I figured she'd like to get into the Christmas spirit too.

I didn't start with knowing what the outfit would be, so I ended up just drawing her figure and then adding a few lines to make it into something else. I kinda thought it'd be fun to do an "elf on the shelf" thing if only because it's really silly to try and make "elf on the shelf" a sexy cute costume.

Also it gave me an excuse to do different materials again. I really enjoy trying to get across the different properties of materials through light and color. I don't like it when everything is shaded and colored with the same technique. You see it in lots of American comics and it kinda pulls me out of the scenes. Here it was very important to know that her stockings are super shiny and her body suit is warm and soft. It's part of the story telling!
