contrasts (Patreon)

Well in the first sketch of this drawing, she was just in like a school blouse but I thought the image needed a little more contrast so I roughly drew in a kind of anime armor. I haven't done a lot of painting and modelling in my art in a while and I was starting to worry my skills were stagnating there. So for this face I really wanted to emphasize dimension and the 3d shape while still using graceful curves and soft colors.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this character is going anywhere right now. I've got a lot of characters I should be drawing already! But anyway, I thought the result was pretty and I know some folks liked her already.
