Random sketches post (Patreon)

Okay, so this post contains multiple images that I don't think were good enough for their own post so I just lumped them all together instead of trying to space them out over the week. Some things in here are kinda neat!

Note, if you're viewing this in the android app, there seems to be an issue with viewing small galleries that I schedule ahead of time. The rest of the images after the top image don't show up on my phone. They do eventually work, but that seemed to take a few days before that problem corrected itself. You can possibly view it on any desktop or by using the phone's web browser instead of the app itself.

Anyway, lets take a moment on each sketch.

• I like office drone Colette. In my head this is either some robot made to look like Colette or Colette getting way into a disguise where she sneaks into some sorta evil corporation.
• The next sketch are Nadia and Grandis from Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water. I've been watching the anime on VRV and am getting really into it. It's kinda a perfect example of an imperfect but interesting 90's anime. There's a really cool setting, nice characters, and EXTREMELY uneven story telling. Sometimes the animation is brilliant. And sometimes it's so under budget the actual photography of the cells is blurry. And man, Hideaki Anno when he was writing the character Nadia herself, he really seemed to triple down on making her hard to like!
• It's Suichitanaka's Mel in a Caprisun pouch. I kinda thought it'd be cute if a tiny pouch like that could be treated like a "vacbed" and it would be like a modern version of Link's fairy bottles... It's weird.
• Cass mask. I wanted to play around with rendering her mask the way some artists lean towards making it scary looking and really 90's like Spawn and stuff. It's a good look! I should try it with inks and stuff later.
• Speaking of scary, have some scary monsters.
• And have a girl with bite.
