Anyway, just a last minute post. Dealing with some generalized anxiety that I can't rightfully self diagnose as a disorder. But yeah, it sure feels like I'm having general anxiety.

The single best thing anybody can do to feel better about themselves is to stay off social media and especially news, good or bad. A lot of studies have shown that viewing the news or catching up on subjects brings a lot of background tension and anxiety even if it's positive. That being said I know as an online artist social media is also your livelihood. We're here for you and support you. Stay safe and sane. Also: bed! Lol
