To get the dropbox open i tap the x to close it. Then it opens. What passes for intuitive has changed since i worked in IT. Also Dropbox has betrayed your secret identity.

Chances are it's showing the fake name that I gave it. Though I have considered moving from Dropbox as it starts it's public shares trading. That usually changes a corporate culture and fast.
