Blue. Unless Principia and Julie both do the hair-dying thing, but Principia does it better...

Blue. It's a "cool" color, and gravity isn't traditionally a "warm" superpower.

Depends on the personality, I think; blue if you're aiming for "cool" or reserved, and purple if you want her to seem more outgoing. Purple also contrasts with green starkly, too, so it'd be a good color if she's a rival with Julie, but blue would fit a gentler relationship.
