Some elf sketch (Patreon)

I'm probably not gonna finish this one. I was testing a new pen which I really like but you won't be able to tell the difference without really looking closely at it. I had been wanting to emulate more "anime" style inking but I can't quite get it right. By anime I specifically mean the styles that center around the use of a micron-like pen instead of a dip pen or digital brush.

This isn't really a successful attempt in that vein.

If anything, look up this mobile game called Terra Battle. There's something to that artwork that I'd like to be able to capture in my pieces in the future. Not just the charisma of the characters but specifically that style of draftsmanship and "pen." It appeals to me as a nice illustrative look.
