Keeping a heroic figure is heroic work!
It's a little late to get that summer beach bod that I wanted, but I want to get back into stronger and better exercise. I've been doing okay with short exercises and stretches, but I should add more strength training to my weekly routine. I'm not looking to get super-hero buff, but I figure getting a little stronger will help me out in the future.
And, of course, a good understanding of your own body helps with understanding how to draw or create bodies. At least, I think so anyway...
