Commission - Lightning and Earth (Patreon)

Hi everyone! First of all, jeez, thank you so much for being patient with me these past few months-- settling into my new day job and routine has been a lot harder than I anticipated. I've had sort of a terrible mental block when it came to doing art or even posting art I'd already completed-- I felt so embarrassed about not having more updates that I procrastinated on posting any updates at all, which sounds contradictory but really is what my brain was doing.

I finished this commission back in September! It's of a gnoll mage character, practicing both lightning magic and earth magic at the same time. The commissioner and I tried out a couple of compositions before they went with this one.

I had fun with the warm colors in this one-- and it's always a treat to draw/paint rocks.
