The Invitation (2015) (Patreon)

I drew this little thing after watching The Invitation (2015, directed by Karyn Kusama) on Netflix. I threw it on just on a whim, and wound up discovering a new favorite thriller. Premise: a guy and his new girlfriend have to make small talk at a dinner party hosted by his ex-wife, and things keep going downhill from there.

More seriously, it's a very good movie about the different ways people deal with grief and tragedy (or don't deal with them), and also about the tension between sticking to good manners and listening to your instincts about a sketchy situation.
