Yesterday, NASA made one final, unsuccessful effort to contact the Opportunity rover on Mars after a bad dust storm. Today, they announced that the rover's 15-year mission is officially over. Today, I maybe definitely cried about a robot.

I'm drawing a picture to pay tribute to the little guy, and spent way too much time figuring out what the constellations in the night sky look like from Mars. Here's the sketch so far-- "E" is Earth, and "V" is Venus!
