For all new and recently returning subscribers... 

I've sent out welcome messages with your Dropbox library link personally using the Patreon app, but I'm not 100% sure they're being received. There seems to be an issue with messages sent via the app vs. the website.

I'll be looking into this further with Patreon. However, you can always find the most updated link in the "My Memberships" section of Patreon. If you have any issues, please reach out to me and I'll do my best to resend the link using the website.

I'm so sorry for any inconvenience. I hope to have this issue corrected soon.

There should be no issues for existing customers.
