Have you ever considered drawing Aphrodite herself as a hoplite together with Athena and perhaps with Artemis as a peltast or archer? Artemis could be something different, like having only a Pylos helmet, but wearing the front half of a bearskin the front paws tied around her shoulders and the head draped over the Pylos helmet. In your style it would be really cute.
