February Concept Art #2: Dioptra Environment II (Patreon)

Another very different design for how the magical realm of the dioptra might look. I really like the dark space with neon colors styled background Pop Lee has done for a few of the Moon Council side comic pages, so I want to go in that direction for the dioptra. More like the astral plane in dungeons and dragons.
