I'm waiting for the LPN Deep Dives to get to this book because I need a refresher. I don't usually re-read books because there's so much I want to read in life but I will definitely be going back to this one. It just inspires me to meditate and run and exercise and train and fuck and suck as best I can. Is this book actually self-help?  

Nesta terrifies me but, as a people pleaser that would rather fall on my sword than disappoint someone, I need to be inspired by Nesta's bitchiness. 

I think I can embody Nesta's bitchiness when Im facing self-doubt and need to tell the negative thoughts to fuck the hell off. I don't know if I could ever be a bitch to someone's face which is why I'm writing a graphic novel about it. Maybe by the time I finish it I'll find my voice.
