I'm so glad you uploaded this just in time cause I really wanted to see your reaction to this film and also "Monana" haha. Courtney Cox is so underrated, especially in Friends. She is actually quite a versatile actress in my opinion. And I haven't seen Ace Ventura in a long time but I do remember a tutu and a shower scene? I just remember dying of laughter on those parts so I look forward to reliving the gags with you...and hearing what you think, of course! :)

I loved this reaction! I think I enjoyed the movie more now seeing how you laughed so much. There were many details that I didn't remember (I don't know how many years later), so it was a great experience to laugh again with Jim Carrey's humor. I don't know if I misheard or missed it, but I don't remember you mentioning "The Mask" in this reaction or in Liar Liar's. I met this actor precisely because of "The Mask", which I think marked a true milestone with physical comedy, recalling Chaplin's best moments, but with a strange mix with "the Three Stooges" (excuse my English if I have not expressed myself well). Another thing that I love when you comment is when you call an actor or actress by the name of their character in another series or movie, since I do the same! It makes me laugh a lot every time that happens. "Monica" for me is always "Monica", whatever the series or movie. hehehe Thank you for sharing this hour and a half with your super family. It made me very happy and cheered up the afternoon.

If you want more Jim Carrey I recommend The Mask, Bruce Almighty (which also stars Jennifer Aniston) and one of his most underrated movies, Mr.Popper's Penguins. Btw loved how you kept calling Courteney's character Monica throughout the whole movie!

Faith is my favourite character - to me, her tragedy was that she never got to be the good Slayer, because that was Buffy. Buffy displaced her from her destined role, so since she couldn't be the good Slayer, she took the role everyone thrust her into, the bad slayer. The body swap to me showed that in the case that Faith was "the One" she stepped up into her role as a hero. When they swapped back, she was thrust back into being the old Faith, even though she hated herself. She reminds me a bit of Loki in her villain origin story - Thor was the good son, so Loki became the bad son.

For some young Jim Carrey I would suggest: Once Bitten, Peggy Sue Got Married and Earth Girls Are Easy.

i still like the first half of the movie... how Monica realizes how smart he is and how the police treats him. As for the 2nd part ... pretending you can trick a professional like that. And to think that so many trans teens watched this. It made into "Tracing the Roots of Pop Culture Transphobia" by Lindsay Ellis
