This movie was SO different than what I was expecting... and am I alone in wanting a sequel with more Batman and Catwoman?  Let's create a time travel machine to make it happen!

I generally don't care that much for blockbusters, but I really enjoy this movie! It's probably my favourite BECAUSE it feels more like an art film, it's so Tim Burton and out there. It's like a dark imaginative fairy tale for adults, totally transports you into a different world. I could see it as a Corpse Bride type stop motion animation. Have to admit, I also love Chris Walken, he can be so menacing (btw, would you ever consider watching The Deer Hunter? It is S O G O O D). Did you pick up on the foreshadowing shot of Selena's glasses casting cat ear shadows on her forehead before Max pushes her out the window? Such a great shot! Also wondering how much of a headache it was to film with all the penguins, cats, and the dog.
