SELUDE'S SPOILER-FILLED CLOSING THOUGHTS:

My goodness, it's finally done~! I'm sure I got a little too ambitious with this one. Four different voices, playing two characters arguing, muffled voices, voices speaking in unison, and some big brain worldbuilding. I juggled over 125 different sound files to make this story happen~! I also got stupidly sick while trying to finish it, which was fun. Editing longer stories like this becomes very time consuming, since listening to the entire thing takes an hour. So each pass for revisions is an hour or more~

I don't read a ton of HP Lovecraft, but I hope I got the vibes right. Fun fact: He was deeply antisocial and a galloping racist so there's not much dialogue in his stories; and the dialogue he did write kind of reflects that. If you don't chat with people, it's hard to write people speaking. So taking Lovecraft vibes into an audio RP was interesting, I think I leaned on my sound effects more than usual~

I hope the story is fun to follow~! I loved the discussion in the comments about Necromancer titles so I thought that would be a good first date conversation and a way to squeeze some worldbuilding in. The sisters were totally my favourite part, I was watching clips on YouTube of Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines and got very inspired by the Voerman 'sisters'. Then when I polled which sister you all would like to comfort and the results were a near perfect 50/50, I was like, 'omg perfect'. Thank you to everyone who voted~!
