Hey everyone~! Here is the finale to the first part of the exclusive audio this month, based in the theme of longing that you all voted for~! I'm really proud of this one and I hope you enjoy it~!

SPOILERS AFTER THIS PART DON'T LOOK OMG~~~

Thoughts and feelings about this story: I've written a lot of characters who are artists, but I've always avoided writing a writer. It feels a little (pardon this term) masturbatory because writers have such a big love of writing. It's hard to explain, but I think we either portray writer characters as unrealistically glamorous and cool, or as cynic depressives with substance abuse problems. Hitting a middle ground that's fun and fresh is really hard because writers are so familiar with the profession we can't be very objective~

But the idea of a writer living out her fantasies with her crush in romance novels was something I really wanted to do once I saw longing had won in the poll. I hope the angst wasn't too much~

I tried to avoid another Vampire story, but I wanted the parts where the listener can't see in the dark and she is describing everything for them. In the end I'm glad I went with it, because her being a Vampire worked out well for the bits with the mirror and gave her something else to long for~

Speaking of the mirror~! It's an old dungeons and dragons puzzle, I think it's called The Gentlemen’s Door. Bowing to the reflection is the easiest solution, and if you break the mirror your reflection will be freed and attack you~ :O

Thank you for listening and I can't wait to write and record something else for us next month~

XOXO

Another sweet audio. I can't even get long winded like usual. This is sweet and simple.

Selude

Oh ho ho~! No long winded reply from Rick~?! I'll take that as a compliment, I thought it was sweet too~!!

A beautiful story. I have to admit that I was a little worried for us at the end, since we just barely escaped death and now revealed our love. It would have been a fitting moment for the sad ending cliché. It's been a long time since I've commented. The last few times I "unfortunately" just fell asleep and didn't think to express my opinion. Your style has changed a bit Selude. Since last month you've been using a slightly harsher choice of words in various situations. Not that it bothers me. Had to smile the first time though^^

Selude

Hey Phillip~! I love your comments but no worries, I'm just happy you fell asleep~! Yes, Patreon audios are liberating in that way. I love being able to swear or record lots of kisses without the risk of having my channel demonetized~
