Tony's role is very crucial for air traffic controls, especially in identifying certain weather conditions. Especially since his skin is made of unvulcanized rubber, he can grow to sizes much larger than a balloon can. He can even compete with being a massive weather balloon. We just hope that he doesn't obstruct any aircraft flying into the airport.
