In my Opinion a important difference between LM and other Shows is the intimate Scene between Vee & Mark. Even though it was filmed beautifully IT WAS NOT ROMANTIC! Because, who knew, you can film a scene like that in a beautiful and artful way WITHOUT MAKING IT LOOK LIKE IT'S OKAY!

The scene in the shower was done in such a way that you felt all the shame, the guilt, and trying to wash away the memories. It really was heartbreaking for me to watch because it was very relatable.

Yes, and there was aftermath we could see the hurt the confiusion the pain the did I want this? (spoilers for ep 2 beginning) even in episode 2, he is still battling it. I mean there was a reason he chose the rooftop and did what he did. And it wasn't only the rejection.
