Sometimes, it freezes everywhere, even in Austin.  And sometimes your pipes freeze even though you wrapped everything in insulation.  And sometimes you drive to HQ at 3am and even though you're going 20 mph, you skid out 3 times over a 5-mile drive.

But even then, you prep for Cordkillers... after you assemble 3 radiators and place them next to all the pipes at HQ.

And then you do all your prep work for Cordkillers...  And then you call Tom...

...And you realize that Tom definitely got some kind of disease at CES.

And then there's this moment... and you ask yourself "what's the best way to serve our bosses?  I mean... we've done all the work, but it's 16 degrees here in austin, and HQ has no water."

And then you think "My word!  Tom has vastly over-extended himself over all of CES!"

And you realize:  "yes, we could.  We really could push through this episode for our bosses."

But then you also ask yourself: is that what our bosses would want from us?

So: Brian is going to repair the freeze damage to HQ and then carefully drive back home to check on Callie and Josie, and then make sure Bonnie returns safely from Dallas, and check in to make sure Tom Merritt is taking care of his body.

But most importantly, both Tom and Brian hope that you, our bosses, will be understanding that we're only doing all of this to make the show as good as possible for you.

(We'll make it up to you.  Promise.)  -B

I think this might have been better then an episode. Be safe. Be healthy. HUG somebody today. It might be a good idea that it's someone you know. Robert from Columbia NJ Ambassador Domo
