Hi can you talk about how history teachers dealt with authoritarian government in the past? When they were asked to teach the 'right' version of history, what did they do? Similarly, when the authorities banned the 'wrong' version of history books, how did people keep the books and correctly record history in those periods? Thanks for answering.

Hi, thank you for all you do. I’ve been a fan since your WW1 show. My question relates to my own self improvement of history after WW2. With the crisis in Ukraine I find that I have a lack of knowledge of how the post world war 2 world came to be. I know this is a broader subject, but what books would you recommend or perhaps even other mediums to help someone improve their knowledge on the subject. Thank you!

Hello, I've been wondering if you were going to do another poll where you give several mini-series ideas to us and we decide which one you do on the Time Ghost Youtube channel. If that's the case, I'd like to throw in the October Crisis (and everything that led up to it), which happened in October 1970 in Montreal.

Controversial one, up to you to pick it up and in what is the best format. What was the influence of the Judensaus on German churches on the holocaust. Even now it shows bestiality between Jews and pigs which is oddly legal. Although some churches have placards.

Here is an article on it, a German historian once told me it is the only place for legal bestiality. https://www.npr.org/2020/02/08/803208726/a-german-jew-vows-to-fight-on-to-remove-anti-semitic-sculpture-after-court-defea?t=1651809611104

Hi. War has been started for many different reasons. What would be your pic for the stupidest, weirdest or strangest reasons for going to war?

Hello, Thank you for all that you do. I have been a fan since the Great War! With the war in Ukraine, I found that I didn't have the understanding of history post world war 2 that I thought I had. In school, I feel like it was glossed over and as a boy I was always more fascinated with WW2 then the cold war years following. I know that this is a broad subject, but what books or other mediums would you recommend for someone that is looking to improve their knowledge on how the post WW2 came to be?

Controversial question. My family was in ww2, and as an African American, how did the allies, in particular British, Americans and French, handle the issue of racism and/or segregation during the war and even after the war?

My question is during your research for Ww2 episodes have you come across any interesting information about the Effect that RAF Coastal Command attacks had on the German Convoys supplying Iron ore from Sweden/Norway. I run Museum that was operated RAF Coastal Command during the war, (RAF Bircham Newton) and alot of casualties resulted from attacks on those convoys, most of the attacks where conducted along the coast of the Firisian Islands. I wondered if you've come across anything that might suggest it had a noticeable effect of German Production.

I realize Sardinia and Greece invasions were used in the rise of Operation Mincemeat, but why was Sardinia not a stronger target for consideration than Sicily? I imagine with naval supremacy and allied superiority, the ability to bomb industrial Northern Italy, would be more valuable?

Hey guys, I hope you are well. I was thinking in terms of current events, if you could give us a quick rundown on the history of, and your insights into the current relevance of NATO. Stay safe!
