In the Spring of 1921 the Zionist movement gains support from the newly famous scientist Albert Einstein, though his views are somewhat more complicated and nuanced than those of the most committed Zionist thinkers. In Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, a prosperous black community is destroyed after it becomes the target of a racist mob. Finally, some writers continue to push the boundaries of what is acceptable content in their artwork, upsetting the somewhat puritanical status quo.
