This week, the Syria-Lebanon Campaign comes to an end with French forces fighting other French forces. Barbarossa continues, but the rapid advances are causing major problems of their own.

A quick update for you lot: we're busy this week with preparing the next shooting week, in which we will shoot the Suez Crisis series for TimeGhost as well as a batch of very interesting specials and bio's for World War Two. We're also working on the Pearl Harbor project, which we will be filming in September. We're very happy to be able to do all these episodes thanks to all of you who support us here on Patreon. Your support is beyond invaluable. Thank you all!

Cheers,
Joram

Free French vs. Fascist French - WW2 - 098 - July 11 1941

Germany keeps advancing on the eastern front, and yet by now, transport and supply problems are seriously undermining the capability of the German spearheads, even as they pull further away from the infantry. The Syria-Lebanon campaign is coming to an end, though, and an armistice is proposed which would give the Allies victory if accepted. Since the Suez Crisis ran over the course of a week, do you have plans to release it day by day like you are the Cuban Missile Crisis? Or is it going to be a weekly release?

A breathtaking episode as usual! And thanks for adding "Lebanon" to the wording of the Syrian Campaign. Much appreciated. Cheers Joram!

I was a sophomore in high school during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Nightly tv news was extremely worrisome. On another subject, I am looking forward to your Pearl Harbor episodes. Continue to produce excellent historical works in your unique style..

The French Foreign Legion was at war with itself in Syria in the summer of 1941. Syria remains a Battle Honour of the Free French 13th Demi Brigade of the Legion Etrangere.
