Patreon Announcement - Discord and TimeGhost Forum (Patreon)

Dear Patrons. 

I have two community announcements to make. One is regarding the deletion of our current Discord Server and the second is regarding our community forum.

The Discord Server
Over the last few months, moderating a completely open Discord channel has proven to be too much for our Community Management efforts. Especially as those are primarily focussed on the comments below our YouTube videos. As many who engage in the comment sections might know - we are very active in responding and policing them to keep things civil and historical. The interaction on our Discord server did not live up to the standard we hold to our other community platforms - therefore we decided to let it go.

However, we will make a new Patreon-only discord channel because we do believe that Discord can be be a great tool for casual interaction and debate. I'll let you know when that has been set up.

The TimeGhost.tv Community Forum
As Patreon Supporters, you can sign up to timeghost.tv and access the community forums at community.timeghost.tv. The integration broke last week when we added a new Tier here on Patreon, but thanks to our coding-expert Tim, everything is fixed again. If you wish to log in to the forum, just click 'forgot password' and enter the email address that you also use for Patreon. You'll then get an email with instructions.
