This edition of Out of the Foxholes, the Community Q&A series where Indy answers your questions has all to do with Exiles. Have you ever wondered how Polish soldiers and refugees made their way from Poland to France and Britain when they obviously couldn't cross Germany to do so? And if there were any American volunteers fighting for any of the countries at war in 1939 and 1940? Or whatever happened to Germany's last emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II after he fled to the Netherlands in 1918? Indy has all the answers.

If you want to submit your own question, you can do so right here: https://community.timeghost.tv/c/Out-of-the-Foxholes-Qs Don't forget to mention that you're supporting us on Patreon!

Looking at the pictures of Kaiser Wilhelm at 5.45 and .5.50 his resemblance with August von Mackensen is uncanny. Especially with the hat.

American pilots also flew for the Republic of China in the Flying Tigers unit.

Thought that might be the case, but couldn't tell for sure. I take it is intentional then.

Flying Tigers nothing. The first American Ace of the war was Arthur Chin who flew for the Republic of China airforce and shot down 6 planes between 1937 and 1939. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_Chin. He was joined by John Wong who also shot down a bunch of planes before America joined the war. I'm disappointed they didn't think to look at the Americans who go involved in the Sino Japanese war when they answered this question.

A BIT OFF TARGET BUT: How about Indi taking a whack at doing the song "Der Fuehrer's Face" on the piano in a Foxhole episode??

Hey guys just a question for out of the fox holes in June of 2020 the pentagon released a statement regarding uap/ufos and with my little research into this topic and WW2 I have learnt that they had lots of sightings in WW2 which they called FooFighters. How did these sightings affect either sides in the war if at all?

Eric Johnson

How did the other European Neutrals like Monaco, etc...deal with the Germans and others during the War?
