Ha! You really thought that we would only do cat videos by now? Most certainly not! (Although we have to say: we really liked doing it).

Here is our regular WW2 preview. Hitler searches for ways to force Britain out of the war, but the British sit safely behind their cliffs, their channel and their Royal Navy. Engaging the navy and invading Britain would require a major air-superiority. As a result, the germans plan to knock the British out of the skies. This is the Battle of Britain.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!

The cat video was fantastic

I want Indy to do a complete video with the same voice as at the beginning of this video (with lots of cats in the background)

I have a question from this video. In it, you said that 2,000 French soldiers were training in the UK. I know a lot of the French soldiers who were rescued from Dunkirk and other ports were repatriated but I didn’t realize it was that many. Where can we learn more about this?

What are the names of the cats pictured? Are there any more? Can you find a good excuse to share them with us again in the future?

Cats on vacuum cleaners or we invade neutral countries!

Thanks for another great video guys. Probably too late to do anything about it, and a minor quibble, but it seems there's some kind of pop or other issue with the sound at 8:02 and again at 8:42

Since you mentioned planning of Barbarossa, I really need to recommend you a great books you should use for the research on the eastern front and I am kindly ask you NOT to use any of Gilbert's, Horne's or any of the "old-schold" historians books on this topic. Their point of view is that Hitler was a mad man and he and he alone had lost the war, while german commanders saw every problems from the start and knew everything better. Which is not the case. I think that the best book on planning the Barbarossa is Operation Barbarossa and Germany's Defeat in the East by David Stahel. For the whole campaing you should read When Titans clashed by David Glantz in combination with Death of the Wehrmacht by Robert Citino. Another must have books are On a Knife's Edge: The Ukraine, November 1942–March 1943 and Between Giants: The Battle for the Baltics in World War II by Prit Buttar together with Ostkrieg: Hitler's War of Etermination in the East by Stephen Fritz. You should also get a Barbarossa Derailed series by David Glantz and Enduring the Whirlwind: The German Army and the Russo-German War 1941-1943 (Wolverhampton Military Studies) by Gregory Liedtke. Please do consider this and make the history of the eastern front right!

Th stow cats are Pollux (the happy point white Thai) our cuddliest cat, and Günni (the piebald ginger) who is the queen of the house controlling even the dogs (she's 17). They are two of four, the others are Pixie (Pollux sister, a Seal Point Thai) and Hannibal (another Seal Point Thai) who are inseparable and look like different sizes of the same cat, but were not featured here. The dogs are Cleopatra (Cleo) and Argos Alexander (Argos).
