Another week filled with planning (and 8 days). We use this episode to explain a little more about the structure of the planned German attack on Western Europe. The plan seems bold and refreshing, but not everyone agrees. Some German officers even refer to Franz Halder as the ‘gravedigger of the Panzer force’. Meanwhile, planning for the invasion of Norway continues and the Finnish positions are under heavy pressure from the Red Army.

I hope you are all doing well! We're still working on the first OOTF episode, but it will come very soon. The next Tank Special in collaboration with The tank Museum in Bovington is also lined up for March, and it's going to be a good one.

We truly love having you here! Many thanks to who already sent us information or offers to help with research!! We have also gotten many letters and diaries in response to the community briefing that we posted last monday. Can't wait to see the result!

Cheers,

Joram

Hitler Plans His New Wars - WW2 - 027 - March 2 1940

The German plans for the invasion of Western Europe start taking shape. Mansteins plan is innovative, bold and controversial, but Hitler likes it. If everything goes according to his plan, the Germans will be celebrating their victory in Paris come spring. What possible song is Indy alluding to in the beginning. Oh i know "Rocky Raccoon". That's got to be it.
