Great show again, thank you. It's really good to see, that you "care" about the fate of smaller nations like Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. What puzzled me for a long time now, why didn't Britain and France didn't react to the soviet invasion of Poland and the threats to the Baltics at this early stage of the war. It must be obvious for the Allies at this time, that Germany and the Soviet Union were on one side. Why no declaration of war even after the beginning of the Winter War against Finland? (I know, there were plannings for an expedition corps to help the Finns, but mainly to take out the swedish ore at Kiruna and secure northern Norway against Germany).

this has puzzled me for years too, I came to the conclusion that the allies knew they could not win against germany and USSR, so they had to stick with the lesser evil knowing that the only chance to win was if Germany and USSR eventualy got at eachother's throats.
