I reckon Rider's Lullaby, Fragile Things, Taurnado, and What if I Forget Your Face are about as far as you can listen to without massive spoilers. This show is music heavy, and a lot of the songs directly move the plot along and contain key story info.

The person from mlp who worked on the show is Megan McCarthy! She was a writer for gen 4 However, the Horse’s voice actress voices one of the mane characters in gen 5 So two mlp people, two different gens, worked on the show :)

Definitely taurnado, I think an interesting one that I haven’t seen recommend is the nowhere king I think that song would be great as it wouldn’t reveal to much but would make you very interested in finding out more

one of the best writers in mlp (megan mccarthy) has worked on centaurworld too. also! kimiko glenn, who voices the horse is also the voice actress for a character in the mlp g5 movie. kinda crazy

I am SO glad you decided to watch Who Is She at the last second because it's definitely one of the best songs that encapsulates the show's many, many tones and themes. Because yeah, beneath the goofy and sometimes "dumb" humor, this show takes you through some deep, wild crap. The story itself is amazing, and as someone who usually isn't attracted to musicals, found it an incredible journey to watch. 10/10 a show I would recommend. I'd love to see you watch Rider's Lullaby too.
