CONTAINS MINOR SPOILERS ON CHAPTERS 11 THROUGH 15.


As I wrote more Lost in the Future chapters, I found some issues with past chapters and adapted them.

The most noteworthy ones are:


1. Magic Prehension

I made this change to better differentiate between different uses of magic.

The act of connecting to one's element and willing something to happen to it—to make a nail float, for instance—was generically called magic or spells previous. It's now called prehension.

Magic prehension is one of the two forms of direct magic together with spellcasting. It only requires affinity, knowledge, and mana.

Spells are structured magic that require runes on top of prehension's requirements. It has specific rules (better explained on chapter 17). Fate's skills are spells. Unlike prehension, spells can go past the awakener's mana reach.

Arthur has only used prehension up to chapter 15.

Multiple parts of chapters 12, 13, 14, and 15 were modified to reflect this change.


2. Graham's Limits

On chapter 11, Graham said he wasn't sure he could kill 12 thousand lightning elementals.

That part was removed, as it doesn't make any sense.


3. Wrong Achievement

Arthur's achievement list in chapter 13 contained the Boundless Efflux III achievement instead of Boundless Absorption III. It has been fixed.
