Base Game Only Penthouse (Patreon)

Penthouses are one of my favorite things to build in The sims 4. This time i only use the Base Game to build Penthouse Loft in Newcrest. I wanna to keep the exterior it simple but modern so it blends in with the **debug** building that i used. Inside there is 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom and a gym what also can be used as a bedroom. I had a lot of fun building this penthouse especially because it's only Base game. I hope you like it!
