CMYK Pinup- The Meeting (Patreon)

This month I wanted to draw Kallie again- this time with her own Sa'at friends you may or may not recognize, Bob, Drudgegut and Galdon- during the first meeting between her and the crew of the Iron Reef.

I had the idea that Kallie would have reached out -with a little help- with her mind, and alert some specific members of the crew to her whereabouts. Telepathy can be.... subtle. Especially for a telepath as powerful as Kallie.

But also she has stonking tid and thighs that can be seen from space, so I imagine that probably helped somewhat.

"But Yawg," I can hear some people say, "weren't you just complaining about how Counselor Troi From ST:TNG can detect specific emotions of people from a planet from orbit?"

To them I say "Shhhh... daddy Yawg knows what he's doing." Also I hope I never refer to myself as "Daddy Yawg
again, because that's kinda chilling and not in the good Las Vegas way.

Anywho, I'm still thinking of actual real names for CMYK- It's been suggested I go with "The Iron Reef," which in itself isn't bad, but could you imagine a sci-fi property naming itself after the SHIP and being taken seriously? Because I can't name a single one. I mean could you imagine ST:TNG being called Enterprise?

Oh, wait, crap, that was actually a thing, wasn't it?

I'm now reminded of HOW MANY SCI-FI PROPERTIES just actually named their IPs after the ship: Red Dwarf, DS:9, Voyager, BattleStar Galactica, The Orville, Babylon 5, Andromeda, Cowboy Bebop, Event Horizon, geez... okay,  so I guess there's like... precedent for this sort of thing. Maybe I can give it a badass subtitle, like uh... "The Iron Reef: Animals Fucking in Space" or something.

I'll work on it. But I'm starting to like The Iron Reef. Just gotta learn 3D now so I can whip together a decent design.
