Keep this recipe in your back pocket for those meal prep days that you just don't feel like cooking.....because there's no cooking involved with this one :)

You may have seen these on TikTok a while back, so you know I had to try them. I'm not sure who posted the original version, but the version I tried was a little basic, so you know I had to step up the seasoning a little. Hopefully everybody enjoys this version!

And before all you cottage cheese texture haters come for me, this can easily be altered to get rid of that texture. Simply blend the mixture before portioning out. I promise, this does not taste like cottage cheese!

Even though I did eat this warmed up, I'd venture to say that you can even eat it cold if you wanted to. So no cooking, and no reheating involved? What's not to love!

Just had my first bowl.. so good. Nice change from eggs and nice to hit my protein goal for a meal!

I was unsure about this one, but it tastes great. I did add Garlic Naan Flatbread (1/3 of the slice) with it.
