It's been a while since we've had a new overnight oats recipe, so let's make it a good one!

My personal favorite ice cream flavor is Moose Tracks. So this overnight oats recipe hits close to home for me :)

Eventually, I think I will circle back around and post a baked oats recipe for all of the overnight oats because I think this one would be really good as baked oats. Plus I know many of you just don't like the texture of overnight oats.

If you are one of the ones that just can't do the texture, be sure to check out the baked oats versions. They do not have an oatmeal texture. They are similar to a dense muffin.

Let me know if you guys would like to see some of the overnight oats recipes posted in baked oats form.

Also, I have had some requests for more veggie side dishes. So I will be working on more of those starting in January.

I hope everybody had an amazing weekend and your Monday is starting off right. Only one week til Christmas! Did you get all your shopping done?

I'll be spending my Monday in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe (Pierogi Soup). I absolutely love pierogies and I have not released a recipe with them. So wish me luck that it turns out and I can have it posted her soon :)

baked oats please and thank you

I love that this is an overnight without Greek yogurt. We just can’t get into the Greek yogurt ones. Any advice?

Cindy

I think I made this wrong. The recipe calls for nine mini peanut butter cups. On the back of the package, three many peanut butter cups have 130 calories. If I use 9, then that’s 390 calories in peanut butter cups alone. I’m definitely using Reesie‘s miniature cups, so maybe there is an even smaller version of peanut butter cups?

Are you asking for Overnight Oatmeal without Greek Yogurt? Those recipes are easy to find. But the foundation is the same equal parts oatmeal and liquid (milk or alt milk). There is this Chocolate Banana Milk by Mooala that I like. Then add whatever you like. I usually add in Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate protein powder, because I like it. Sometimes I add powdered peanut butter, or a TBSP of instant pudding, maybe some shredded coconut. It's difficult to mess up.

I just googled “Reese’s mini” and there is one the specifically says Unwrapped. Looks like 9 are 160!
