Today's bento box is kind of a "toss everything in" kind of lunch. There's really no rhyme or reason to the pairing. It's just to show that you can pick a few random food items from your fridge, and still build a low calorie, high protein meal. All without any cooking involved.

This particular bento box is one of the few that are lower in fiber. If you need to increase it a bit, adding some raspberries would be a great addition.

It's also a bit higher in fat content. If you need to lower the fat, swapping the cheese out for something else would drastically drop the amount of fat in the meal.

Wednesday's Patreon exclusive recipe is a fun one. Everybody really seemed to enjoy the Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl recipe, so I wanted to do another version. So I did a Big Mac Bowl! Instead of rice, I used potatoes as a play on fries. It turned out great! So keep an eye out for that on Wednesday at 12pm EST!
