As some of you probably know, there's already an "unstuffed" bell pepper recipe available. And because of this, I didn't think anybody would have an interest in an actual stuffed bell pepper recipe. But so many people have reached out to me asking for one. So here we go.

I did change it up a little so that it wasn't the same recipe. Hopefully this one is a hit like the unstuffed version. Many of you really seemed to enjoy that one.

But there's just something fun about the original stuffed bell pepper. I have heard that many kids like the presentation. Especially with the little lid on top :)

For those of you that try both versions, be sure to let me know which one you liked better.
