As many of you know, a few months ago, I took a vacation to Greece with my wife.

One of the things I really wanted to do while I was there was to bring back some ideas for meal prep recipes.

So here we are! This pasta was inspired by a really delicious appetizer called Tirokafteri. It's basically a spicy feta dip that you enjoy with bread or pita.

I thought it would be really good as a meal, so this is what I came up with. I tried to raise the nutritional value a little by adding some greens in the form of spinach as well. All in all, it turned out amazing!

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did :)

This was OUTSTANDING! BRAVO👏👏👏

This was AMAZING! Just made a batch for lunch the rest of the week and it was SO GOOD! You have to like Feta cheese since that is what makes up the sauce, but HOLY COW! So much and so filling! Added some shredded chicken to ours to beef up the protein since we have been lifting more at the gym lately. Looking forward to lunch the rest of this week!

I added some turkey sausage to this and it was *chefs kiss*

Made this this week. Added grilled chicken tenderloins marinated in a citrus italian dressing to up the protein. My husband was definitely impressed and said this was a keeper!

I was thinking about adding some chicken! Thanks for sharing. Sounds delicious 😋

Zach! Can we make this as the original spicy feta dip? Just leave out the pasta? I'd love to try it and just eat it with the little Naan dippers, some veggies, etc!

Anonymous

Awesome, can't wait to try it this week. I specifically bought Naan bread for this purpose 😂

Perfect for my next meal prep!!

I noticed the only thing cooked was the pasta. Is this dish meant to be served cold?

zachcoen

It's intended to be eatin hot, but it can honestly be eatin cold as well

This is delicious! I cooked the pasta and left a little pasta water in it and added the spinach to soften it up and then added the feta mix.. amazing! Definitely doing this again! May add a bit of chicken next time

Feta and I don’t get along very well is there another cheese you could recommend to use in this recipe?

zachcoen

Hmmm, I have not tried it with another cheese. Goat cheese might work, but I can’t make any promises 😂

The nutrition profile on the PDF is different than the Patreon picture. Could you clarify which one is correct?

zachcoen

Hi Tandra, thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. The calories and macros on the PDF are the right ones. I just updated the cover photo but it may be cached and still show the old information. So please refer to the PDF for the accurate nutrition info. Thanks again!

This is FIRE! My husband ate it everyday this week and already asked that we make it for next week!
