Burning the midnight oil here to get this video edited and posted here before it goes on TikTok tomorrow night. I really wanted to get it up earlier for you guys here on Patreon, but it was a last minute recipe that took place of another one I already made. So I apologize.

Puerto Rican Sancocho

If you're looking for a good soup that's PACKED with flavor, look no further! You've found it! SANCOCHO! There are many variations of sancocho across cultures and households. This is my macro friendly version of a Puerto Rican Sancocho. If you've never had sancocho, it's a hearty type of beef stew that incorporates a wide variety of vegetables. Some common ingredients found in sancocho may include: Potatoes Sweet Potatoes Green Plantains Yellow Plantains Pumpkin Chayote Corn Carrots Yuca Malanga Cabbage Oftentimes you'll also see people use a variety of different meats as well, and maybe serve their sancocho over a bed of rice. Hi Zach, bay leaves are listed in the instructions but not the ingredients. How many should we use?

Hi! Can I use frozen yucca??
