Yes that is a jar of queso. Yes it's a "processed" food. Yes I'm a Registered Dietitian. Yes I'm saying you can eat foods like this and still make progress on your health/fitness journey. And, yes it will absolutely be your new favorite meal if you give it a try! I get so much heat from people that have been brainwashed by diet culture! It's like it's unheard of for a Registered Dietitian to tell people it's okay to eat things like cheese out of a jar. If only people took the time to understand that all foods can fit into a balanced diet, then nutrition, fitness, and health, would all be much easier to understand.
