These overnight oats are packed with protein! Almost 50g to start your day and help you hit that protein goal.

Remember, if you don't like the idea of cold oats, you can warm these up. I know the weather is starting to cool down as we get closer to the end of the year. So the idea of a cold breakfast might not be as appealing. I promise all of these overnight oats recipes are just as good when eaten warm!

I did not have vanilla protein powder or FF milk so I used Premier Vanilla Protein shake. I also excluded out brown sugar as it was sweet enough for me. For extra protein, I added collagen peptides! Yummy in my book!

Might be a stupid question but do overnight oats heated up well?

zachcoen

Yes they do actually. A lot of people heat them instead of eating them cold 👍

Oh perfect. I will definitely try it. Tried overnight oats cold one time and couldn’t do it.

Any recommendations for a vanilla protein powder?

zachcoen

I personally use Legion. I am partnered with them and using my code will get you 20% off Code ZACH, but I also like Optimum Nutrition. You can find them at Walmart and on Amazon. They are cheaper than Legion

Is the brown sugar packed or loose measurements?

zachcoen

I just scooped, so loose. But you can adjust to fit your preferred sweetness.

These were great! I skipped the brown sugar because the vanilla protein powder and maple syrup gave it enough sweetness for me

What protein posder do you recommend?

zachcoen

I am partnered with Legion so I usually promote them. Using code ZACH will get you 20% off your first order and it will get you double rewards points on purchase after that. But I also like Optimum Nutrition's products. You can also get them at Walmart and on Amazon. And they are a little cheaper than Legion.

Is there an alternative to the protein powder just curious

zachcoen

Adding more milk or adding Greek yogurt will increase the protein if you don't want to use protein powder
