These will be the simplest fajitas you've ever made! This chicken also goes great over a bed of rice or in a salad.

Top with your favorite fajita toppings, and enjoy!

Made this tonight in the oven as the directions say. Used foil on my pan and sprayed it well. Everything stuck to it so badly that we barely had any veggies to eat. We think the temp of 425 degrees was too high. So disappointing, will try again at a lower temp. Usually just make it stove top with a similar recipe, but thought the oven would be a nice change. Nope!

That's odd. I have made these probably a dozen times and never had a problem. Was the aluminum foil the thin of version or is it the heavy duty stuff? I know the thin foil tends to not do so well with cooking.

These are tasty—portions turned out too small for 6 meals though. When portioned out into 6 servings it was enough for one fajita per meal

I added a few more peppers my second batch. First batch, there wasn’t a good chicken to veggie ratio for my liking. But definitely one of my favorite recipes!
