can anything be used in place of the Whey protein?

You can replace it with 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt. But the protein content will be lower

Do you cook and then put in fridge? Or do you combine put in fridge and cook the next day?

thank you, I keep trying to get past the taste of whey protein even with flavors and I cant. I appreciate the answer.

I notice there’s always fair life milk in these. Would it taste the same with like a 2% or so, milk? Is this just to keep fat content low and protein high?

Yes it would taste the same. You can even use almond milk if you prefer. I just opt for Fairlife because of the low calorie and higher protein ratio.

This is my favorite recipe! I add sugar free caramel syrup right when it comes out of the microwave and a pinch of salt and it tastes like a warm soufflé 🤤

I have cookies & cream protein shakes(premade), but not powder. Would I omit the milk in order to not have too much liquid content?

I did that with the Cinnamon Roll baked oats yesterday and it worked great.

Yes using a premade protein shake is fine, just use that as your liquid
