If you have any leftover cheesecake pudding mix from the strawberry overnight oats, you'll have to give this one a try! It's pretty much a simple swap of fruit, and it's just as delicious!

Do you have a recommendation for a protein shake other than fairlife? They don’t sell them anywhere near where I live and it’s pretty costly to have them shipped consistently. Thank you!!

I eat oatmeal almost every day but it's the instant 2 minutes in microwave and done- can u recommend a brand of oats and a brand of the protein powder please? Thank you in advance :)

Adding a little pudding mix to overnight oatmeal, is a fantastic idea!

Do you use a meal replacement protein powder, or a simple whey protein powder? There is a huge calorie difference

zachcoen

Regular. Meal replacement protein powders are typically meant to be consumed on their own because they are already so high calorie.

Has anyone used fairlife protein shakes instead of milk and protein powder? I have a lot of the vanilla to use up
