Overnight oats are a great option for many reasons. The thing I love most about them is the versatility. This is the first of many overnight oats recipe posts. As we experiment with flavors, we'll be posting our favorites!

As I mentioned in the video, I used this specific brand and flavor of protein because it tastes like you're drinking the milk from a bowl of Fruit Loops cereal. You can use a vanilla flavored protein as well, it just won't taste as much like Fruit Loops. But still very good! For anybody wanting to try this flavor, here's a link to the Legion website. And as always, using code ZACH will get you 20% off your first order and 2x points on all future orders.

For everybody asking for non-egg breakfast options, I hope this helps. We're also perfecting our protein pancake recipe that we'll be posting soon as well! These things may be so good that you don't even need syrup :)

Do you have any other protein powder suggestions that may be cheaper? I’m worried I won’t use the legion if I buy because it’s such a large container of it

Karen

I bought a one pound bag of Gold Standard protein powder off of Amazon. I got the chocolate, but it looks like they offer a vanilla flavor as well.

Finally made this last night (was waiting on our shipment from Legion), and am eating it now. SO freaking delicious!

Hey Zach, Can you link us to the mason jars you use like you have with your meal prep containers? Thanks man.

Ok this was super super thick. Should I just try adding more milk or should I do something else?

This has become our go to breakfast! Tried it with Cocoa Puffs and a cookies n cream protein powder. Yum!!

I just use whatever is in my pantry (usually from Walmart) and I haven't had issues and macros seem to be similar

Coco puffs sounds good too

Mine was also super thick. I was wondering if the scoop for the protein powder I purchased was too large. I had to add quite a bit more milk.

What gluten free options could I use as a substitute?

Jennifer

I made this with the Walmart protein powder and it came out very very thick. Did anybody else’s come out super thick! Other then that it tasted delicious. I ask because maybe I thought it was my protein powder. It was all they had and not Legion

If that happens again you can just add a little more liquid. Even water is fine.
