If you love salmon, this is a must try. Super quick and pairs well with pretty much anything. Eat them separately or break it up into your rice and eat it like a sushi bowl. There's really no wrong way to enjoy this dish!

Yum! I need more fish in my diet for sure! Thank you!

For those of us with MSG sensitivities, can that be left out? Too much of it gives me debilitating migraines so I’d rather not risk it.

I guess we can swap in any protein? I don't like salmon but it will probably be good with chicken.

Any recommendations on a brand of salmon to try? I haven’t liked any of the options I’ve tried!

If you have an Aldi near you, their fresh salmon is really good! I've learned my lesson though, if it's marked down or close to the sell-by date, don't buy it.

I try so hard to be an adult and like salmon, I just can’t do it! Looks good tho!

We used Costco salmon. They have quite a few wild caught options of all price ranges

Can we replace this with Chicken, I'm not really a fan of fish

How much of a difference will it make if I use brown rice instead?

Are rice vinegar and rice wine vinegar the same thing or no? All I found at the store today was rice vinegar.

Rice vinegar is more commonly used for sushi, marinades, sauces, and salad dressings. If you add a pinch of sugar to other types of vinegar like apple cider vinegar, sherry vinegar, or white wine vinegar to easily replace rice vinegar. I know they sound the same, but you should not use rice vinegar for rice wine, or vice versa. Zach, if that is wrong - please delete
