As many of you know, I was lucky enough to visit Thailand recently. And if you know me, you know I love food, and I love trying new things. So I seized every opportunity I had to introduce my taste buds to new flavors.

Little did I know, during this trip, I would discover a dish that I never knew existed, and it would become one of my favorite things in the whole world to eat! And that dish is Pad Kra Pao!

I knew I would be trying my hand at making it before I even got home. I was worried I wouldn't be able to replicate the authentic flavor, but I am beyond happy with the outcome!

Can someone help me figure out how to cancel my membership for this? I can no longer afford it, but unfortunately everything I have tried has not worked. I am still continued to be charged for it every month.

Made this and the Mexican Street Corn bowl for meal prep and both dishes are 10/10. Been having to double up on the meals because my husband keeps eating them too :) I’m lucky enough to live by an Asian supermarket and had all sauces at home. Btw, leftover Thai chilies freeze well.

That’s good to know that they freeze well! Did you just freeze them whole? And store in a freezer bag? I just made this tonight and it was so good and I have a bunch of the chiles left over
