Peak, Peak and more Peak incoming. Roswaal is such a good character and a “villain” figure for this season. It’s not that he’s just an evil guy doing evil things. His reason for doing what he’s doing is basically like what Subaru would do for Emilia and Rem. Roswaal is just trying to use Subaru to obtain his goal of getting the woman he loves back. Now his ethics are bad but his reason is not one that even Subaru would question. He might question if Echidna even cares about Roswaal at all but in Roswaals mind this is all for that purpose of the path leading to her coming back. Season 2 is Roswaals season to shine and show just how much he’s actually been pulling the strings up to this point and revealing his true backstory and purpose

Julius is known as “The finest of knights,” or “the greatest knight.” Something like that. Reinhard is the most powerful but Julius is known for having the best conduct/bearing.

Mandatory comment to highlight the S3 trailer/s (if we get another one by march 24). A last reaction/discussion to those after you close the Re:Zero slot until season 3 would be great. I would also add that there is a shorts (3min episodes) series of Re:Zero that aired alongside each season and each episode mirrors the main shows episodes, where they put informations they had to cut because of time constraints in. Thats something i would recommend you watch in your own time, as you will get a lot more exposition and lore for the main story. It's called "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru break time".

I hope you recover to a more physically healthy state soon, Ben! ...I'm REALLY happy that they mainly just vibed to the song and basically glazed their eyes over during the visually spoilery-parts of the opening.

Really wish they had watched the break time with each episode. They really feel important in adding cut content to each episode. I'm pretty sure if they knew about it from the start they would've. That's unfortunate.

I feel like Ben would enjoy it, and it's not like it's spoilery because it still hasn't re-entered the story. I agree with SheerReaper. The Epilogue for Arc 4 is not the same as the Epilogue of Arc 3 with Rem. The Epilogue of Arc 3 is directly tied into Arc 4, while the Epilogue of Arc 4 is more of a "Holy SHIT" moment which has no connection to the next season. That being said, their reaction to that "Holy SHIT" moment while reading the Epilogue would be quality content.

I might be wrong but i did see some slight hints of regret in Bens's face while the final scene was on display and shortly after. He also quickly talked about the scene in the discussion, so he 100% picked up on the implications of said scene.

I feel as if the mods could do a more effective job in communicating with us viewers and working to give these two the best viewing experience with these types of complicated series (in regard to extra content outside of the main series). The Break Time episodes would have been a really great addition, and I saw a lot of people asking about them for a while. This doesn't even just apply to Re:Zero; I've noticed this slight disconnection occur with one or two of the other series that have been viewed/are currently being viewed on this channel. If these two aren't going to look at the comments too much (which is totally understandable), I really wish we had more direct interaction with the moderators. It also kinda seems like the moderators aren't really looking too much into the comments in general. The large majority of the viewers said they shouldn't watch the OP this episode, which doesn't seem as if it was communicated to Ben/Anna (if it was, I'm fairly sure they would have skipped it). I could be wrong on this, though; this is just an assumption. There are also a lot of really rude and vulgar and insensitive comments in some of the more controversial posts (mainly polls) that I really feel should have been deleted, lol. I also understand that these moderators have lives of their own and may not always have time to go check comments as frequently as I'm sure some of the viewers of this channel would like. However, in my opinion, with Ben/Anna's current schedule and the fact that they ARE supposed to be moderators, I still think something more could be achieved in the communication department as things stand. I feel as if a Discord server or discussion forum would help alleviate this issue by at least being able to interact directly with at least one of the two moderators on a fairly consistent basis. For example, Teeaboo's Discord server/community is a MASSIVE help to him with his content creation in general. That's just from my outside perspective, tho. I could be totally wrong on some of these fronts. I am also not trying to sound or be rude or demeaning to the moderators. If they do read this, please don't take it that way.

Yeah, I'm aware, I'm a novel reader too, it's just that even if it was reintroduced in the next chapter, that'd still be around season 5, and considering it's taken 3 years to get a season three, it could be 2030 before the anime catches where we are now in the novel, if it even does at all. So it'd just be neat to see their reaction.
